I've lived this. That's why I do things differently.
I’m not coaching you from a textbook.

I’ve lived inside a body that didn’t feel like home. A body that spent years in pain, misunderstood and dismissed. I know what it’s like to be handed a diagnosis and feel like your future has suddenly become smaller.

That’s why my approach goes beyond simply managing symptoms or improving your wellbeing. I don’t believe a smaller life is the ceiling for you.

Through my own recovery, and through working with women since, I’ve found that chronic pain is often about more than the physical. It can be connected to the beliefs and patterns we develop when we haven’t felt safe to fully be ourselves.

Together, we work on changing those patterns. Learning to say no. Set boundaries. Take up space. Stop over-giving. Receive. And become more fully yourself.

Pain might be where your story begins, but it doesn’t have to be where it ends.

This isn’t simply wellbeing support. It’s identity-level transformation.

And I want to be honest with you. This work goes deeper than breathing exercises to feel calmer or journaling prompts to feel more positive. It’s about understanding the patterns that have been running the show, and creating the safety and self-trust to live differently.
