 I’ve lived with the symptoms of fibromyalgia for as long as I can remember — pain, fatigue, brain fog — all while trying to maintain a “normal” life. But eventually, the cracks became impossible to ignore. I hit rock bottom.

Only after countless medical investigations and years of notes on my record did the truth finally emerge: fibromyalgia.

A neat label placed on a long list of life-limiting symptoms that no scan or blood test could properly explain.

Strangely, that diagnosis set me free.It validated what I had always known — it was never “all in my head”. For the first time, I felt seen. I felt understood.
Not long after, I was refused Personal Independence Payment (PIP) on the grounds that I wasn’t taking the medication I’d been advised to take — as if “take this or you won’t get better” was the only option.

 But something in me pushed back.

 I wasn’t willing to take something that could potentially make my symptoms worse, or leave me feeling even further from myself.

That moment became a turning point — the beginning of my healing journey. And with it came a whole new level of education.

I immersed myself in learning how the body holds and stores emotion, how the nervous system shapes our everyday wellbeing, and why conventional approaches so often overlook the emotional and physiological drivers of chronic pain. 

I stopped searching for a single “fix” and started leaning into what helped me feel safe, steady, and well again.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, nervous system regulation, root-cause healing, and cognitive reframing, I discovered something I never expected: real, tangible relief.

Today, I’m proud to say I live without medication, I have more energy and enthusiasm than I ever did, and I’m a passionate advocate for helping others see that they can create change in their story, too.

In many ways, I’m someone who began (well again) in 2021.
Stepping into this world taught me more about myself — and the mind-body connection — than anything I ever learned in school.
It still shocks me how little we’re taught about emotional intelligence, trauma, nervous system regulation, or even basic neuroscience. We’re encouraged to memorise, not to embody… and no one explains how belief systems or stress shape our lives from the inside out.

What I needed back then was to know that daily pain wasn’t “normal.”
If my nervous system could send distorted pain signals, then maybe I could retrain it. If it was stuck, perhaps I could help it move again.
That curiosity led me into a blend of science, somatics, holistic modalities, and lived experience — and it changed everything.

This isn’t only about fibromyalgia. I’ve supported people reduce back pain, pelvic pain, endometriosis, arthritic pain — some unable to stand, some crawling on the floor in search of relief or pain so prolonged and unphathomable, that two operations did not fix.
At the helm what I’ve learned is this: a huge part of healing lies in our mind/ body story, our belief systems our Frozen internal loops, our internal map.
We are each our own healer; sometimes we just need the right guidance.

Because the body itself is remarkable.
A cut heals. Tissue repairs. Sometimes we need support, but the intelligence is already there.

These tools didn’t just help me cope — they taught me how to live differently.
I learned to regulate my nervous system, release limiting beliefs and trauma, and build resilience. I freed myself from chronic pain and now live medication-free.
The self-awareness I gained has transformed my life.

This isn’t about miracle cures or expensive treatments.
It’s about accessible, evidence-informed practices that reconnect us with our bodies and make real healing possible. Eradicating daily pain is possible — but it starts with a choice.

You can let a condition define you, or you can choose deep self-enquiry and reclaim your life.
You can stay constrained, or move forward with confidence and ease.

For years, I lived in an invisible pain cage; of trauma, self-neglect, and never feeling “enough.”
Yet somewhere inside, a quiet whisper remained: there’s more for you.
That whisper became the beginning of a new story.

Today, I’m here to make invisible illness visible — to speak openly about emotional healing, nervous system work, and what it truly means to live beyond pain and turn it into purpose.

I am not a medically trained doctor.
I am someone who has battled themselves on the frontline and re-educated myself when I was given; ‘A diagnosis with no known cure’, I found I was the cure.
